I thought this was a slam dunk.  But although the network manager was all for IPT [Voice over Internet], the telecom manager said that the current system worked fine and that if it was good enough for his father, it was good enough for him [We always get huge pushback from the old telephone dinosaurs who are afraid for their jobs].
