Rolo Cookies

The Almost Famous Rolo Cookie 

Cream: 

1 Cup Butter

1 Cup Sugar

1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar

2 Eggs

2 Teaspoons Vanilla

Add: 

2 ½ Cups Flour

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

3 /4 Cup Coco

Approximately Eight rolls of Rolos

Form a ball of dough around a Rolo (about one tablespoon of dough) 

(Cover Rolo completely). Dip ball in sugar. Place ball – unsugared side down – on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for eight minutes at 375.  

Note: the parchment paper is critical.
