Easy Rugelach - From Susie

400° Oven

3 TBL granulated sugar

1 15-oz package refridgerated piecrusts (in the box)

Apricot jam

Sprinkle work surface w/1 TBL of sugar

Unfold 1 of the crusts & place on sugar.  Roll it to an even thickness

Spread some jam (about 1/8 c) evenly & thinly on the crust.

Optional:  I then sprinkle cinnamon on the whole shebang & then toss on some raisins or currants.  The possibilities are endless…

Roll the dough tightly & sprinkle w/more sugar

Cut the roll into 3/4” thick slices.

Place sugared side up on a baking sheet lined w/parchment.

Bake until golden, about 22-25 min.  Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
